Porting Issue with transferring my number over to iD Mobile from EE

Hi,

I’ve sucsessfully registered to port my number from EE to ID Mobile, however I got a text suggesting there are issues and I should contact ID Mobile.

So, live chat is offline and I can’t appear to call them so what do I do?

Hi I’ve had a message from id saying my number had been ported. However texts are still coming from the number given to me by id. Phone calls are coming from the number ported over.

Hi @MSturg,

 

Are you using an iPhone? If so, it sounds as though the “My Number” setting hasn’t been updated to reflect the new number you’ve brought across.

 

If you could take a look at that for us and let us know how you get on, that’d be great.
