Porting my number

I have submitted the form several times but have not received a confirmation email or text to say if its gone through, how do I know if this is going to happen or not?

 

I can not do it through creating an account as the website keeps wanting to send a message to the ID mobile number which I don’t intend to use hence why I am trying to port my old one

Do you get PAC code. If Porting request is confirmed, then you will receive PAC code.

Hi @Khurrell,

I’m sorry to hear this, have you managed to get the issue sorted since? You can register an account using the iD Mobile number first and then submit the PAC code through your account once done. The number will then port across.
