Porting my number isnt working

I've tried to port my existing number to iD mobile. I've entered the PAC code but it hasn't worked. It has been 2 days now. From what  I understand on the website, it should have worked the next working day. Can you confirm what I can do? How long does it usually take to work? I cant use my sim at all right now. Thanks

Please contact our Live Chat team who are able to look into your PAC for you.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on this page, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.
