Porting number from Voxi to ID (transaction number wrong)

I wrongly assumed that my transaction number would be the order number from carphonewarehouse and now the PAC code is not accepted.

Tried from the web and from within the app but it won’t work, is there anyway to remove the transaction number so I can try the port again from within the app?

Porting now going through my old network somehow managed to generate a completely incorrect PAC code!
