Porting number to existing account

I have an existing ID account and an EE account. I want to cancel my EE account and change the number on my ID account to my old EE number

Hi @Deuxbiers (make it quatre!), no problem! On your EE SIM, you’ll just need to text PAC to 65075.

Once you have the PAC, you can enter it either through the iD Mobile app following the below steps or through our website here

Once you’ve done that, your EE number will transfer over to your iD Mobile line within 48 hours.
