Porting old number

Sorry if this a silly question! When porting my old number over to new sim.....do I have to have the id SIM card in my phone or can I have my old sim in whilst I’m waiting? Thank u

Hi @klb ,
You don't have to have the iD SIM card inside the phone, but we would advise that you start to use the iD SIM card as soon as your old one loses service, just so you're ready for when the switch over happens 🙂
