I am trying to port my old number to my new sim.
I have tried to complete the online form however it is not accepting my surname, all fields are correct.
I have downloaded the ID mobile app and sent the transfer on the app but I have received a text message “We have tried to process your PAC but we ran into an issue- the ID mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Services”
I double checked all details and these are correct.
How do I solve this?
