hi, i'm trying to buy a sim card on the website but it's asking for my previous address, which wasn't in the UK and the website doesn't accept that.
Wanted to ask this on the live chat but the contact page doesn't have a link to it for some reason.

Hi Marcella98, in order to complete the credit check, 3 years of UK address history is required. If you have not lived in the UK for that long our Pay as you Go service would be more appropriate as this does not require a credit check.
