problem transferring number

I filled all the information in correctly and received this text:  

We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Services www.idmobile.co.uk/contact-us


I have tried the online chat but cannot connect to a human so I don’t know what to do. Is there anyway to speak to iD over the phone?

I filled out the information required to transfer my old phone number (PAC code, name, transaction no. Etc). I received a text saying there was a problem and to get in touch.

There is no number to talk to a person. The LiveChat is a chatbot that was no help. I've already posted a question and have been waiting 3 days for a response. 

Can someone from idMobile please get in touch.  I need to sort this out.
