Hi, hope someone can help as it seems impossible to access Id mobile through chat or phone, I have a problem with incoming calls as they are all going straight to voicemail, thanks in anticipation.

Is this the case with calls from all numbers, or just some specific ones? Are outgoing calls working as expected?

I have the same problem with some important calls going straight to voicemail without ringing. Outgoing calls are fine but I get the 'call forwarding active' message every time I make a call. I've tried to disable this but it comes back each time I make a call.Â
