Problem with incoming calls

Hi, hope someone can help as it seems impossible to access Id mobile through chat or phone, I have a problem with incoming calls as they are all going straight to voicemail, thanks in anticipation.

Is this the case with calls from all numbers, or just some specific ones? Are outgoing calls working as expected?

I have the same problem with some important calls going straight to voicemail without ringing. Outgoing calls are fine but I get the 'call forwarding active' message every time I make a call. I've tried to disable this but it comes back each time I make a call.

@Will hi can you advise how to stop this? Is it something ID mobile can do from your end?

We are sorry to hear this. Have you tried resetting the network settings on your phone to see if this helps? Please can you also try the sim in another phone and test by making a call to see if you are still having the same issue? Let us know how you get on.
