Problem with SIM

My account shows my phone number has been transferred on my new SIM but i can't make or receive phone calls. Have tried turning phone off, cleaning SIM card, can't get through to customer services on phone and live chat always busy! Any help. Please?

Let's check a few things to help.

Did the SIM work before you transferred the number?
Are you connected a the network with signal?
What phone are you using?
What happens when you try to make a call.
Does texting or mobile data work?
