Problems with my number port

I’ve recently got a new phone with I’d mobile after being with EE. I entered the PAC code and old mobile number on the ID mobile website and they said they’ll do it. The company then text me a day later saying that the number has been transferred over. It says in the mobile app that my number is the old one but when I call or text someone, the new number still comes up. Can someone help?

Hello @Fred1355, by old one, do you mean that the ported number you wanted to keep is now showing in the app, but when you call/text the one iD gave is showing?

Try restarting the handset and let us know if this helps.
