i need a puk but the chat line is busy, when is the best time to try or is there any other way.

I'm sorry to hear that! The availability does come and go, so checking at different points of the day is often best.

If you haven't been able to obtain your PUK code yet, please email me with your Community Username, Full Name, Full Address, Mobile Number and Date of Birth and we'll have this sorted.
