Hi I need a puk code to unlock my phone please, my live chat isn’t working.

Hi @emmasimpson8,

Just so we can be sure that the code will work before we continue, are you trying to unlock your SIM card from a PIN/block issue or is the phone you are using not accepting the SIM card altogether?

A PUK code will not unlock a network locked phone you see so if the phone was bought elsewhere, you will need to contact the original owner for help unlocking it.
