I have this problem I've locked my sim I can't get through to any adviser they're all busy, I need to unlock my sim as my daughter suffers with epilepsy so the school need's to contact me in case of any bad seizure

Please allow up to 72-working hours for a response to emails.

Hi,

My son has locked his SIM card and I need to request a PUK code. There is no Live Chat due to the Covid-19 restrictions.

How can I go about requesting this, or a replacement SIM card?

Hi Mohammed,

I have sent an email to the CommunitySupport but have not recieved any reply. Also I did manage to speak to a person on LiveChat but was told that they could not acces the account/system to get this code whilst they were working from home….

So I am paying for a phone that cannot be used and my son is unable to contact us in an emergency.
