trying to start up a phone for my Mother in law
new sim fitted
checked its activated on the web page
Network coverage checked ok good 3G
phone is a Emporia big button phone( for old people)
Have checked network selection to Auto (have tried manual three networks showing but none will connect)
have had a look through FAQs
not sure what else to do any ideas please

Do you happen to know if the Emporia phone in questions supports at least 3g bandwidths at all?
As our SIM’s would only work with 3g/4g compatible devices.
