Replacement sim not working

Hi I got a replacement sim for my daughter as her phone had been lost/stolen so her old one was cancelled. I used live chat yesterday to get the sim activated but it’s still not activated. How long does it normally take?
Also will she still have the same phone number when it is activated?

Howdy @lacastillo and welcome to the forums here.

As for the number, it would always be the same when we're activating a new SIM on an existing account (ID Mobile number).

Have you turned the phone off and on at all in the past 24 hours, sometimes that can be the kicker needed to get things to refresh within your phone in some cases.

Hi, it has been resolved now, her account t had been blocked as her phone was lost/stolen so they have now unblocked it. Thanks for your reply
