I’m not receiving my 8 digit security code. This means I can’t set up my online iD account, so can’t set up anything.
I have my new iD sim in my phone & have PAC number from old provider. Using the ID mobile number to try & set this up on via your website but just not receiving texts from you so dont have the security code.
What do I do????
