Just put new SIM with new number into existing phone. Have taken previous SIM and put it in a new phone so I can keep my existing number with my new phone.

Put in the long ID number. Ticked Not a Robot. Then msg appears saying that I have to contact ID.

But ID call center not open right now. 

Stuck.

Hey @Ricky Pole,

Can you clarify a little bit for us.

 

You mentioned taking the previous SIM out.

Have you ordered a replacement SIM or have you just joined iD Mobile?

 

Are you trying to activate a replacement SIM?

 

If it’s a new SIM contract you’ve taken, this should already be active so no need to activate manually.
