samsung cashback

I ordered a new phone and it was advertised as part of the samsung cashback offer. It is a pay monthly phone. When I followed the instructions on the samsung website it says I am missing some details but I do not appear to be. I only have an ID email confirmation of purchase and not a proper receipt. Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks for getting in touch. 

I believe the order confirmation should be enough for proof of purchase. 

You would need to speak to Samsung directly regarding this issue.

Try calling them on 03452160058
