Coverage Issue - Signal Issue

I have recently joined id mobile but get no signal indoors I am missing calls, the coverage finder says good coverage and my wi fi calling is on, never had this problem with Tesco any ideas

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had coverage issues since moving over to us @Train, though we’ll troubleshoot this further here.

 

Do you happen to have a phone that supports WiFi calling?  As that can always help boost signal at home/ work or places in which you have a connection of WiFi in the background.

Could we get your full postcode to look into any potential issues ongoing with the mast for you too?
