SIM activation

i am so fed up of attempting to activate my sim card. it wont send me the "security code" so that i can activate it. o cant even do live chat as it it saying that my number isnt registered and also can't ring them because my phone is again, not registered. How am I supposed to register a SIM without a security code????

Hi @Letitia

I would recommend to make sure that you have got your network reception is stable or to use WiFi calling if available on your handset when you requested security code. Maybe try changing your connection to 3G just for the time being?

You can use this link in the meantime to activate your SIM card: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/sim-swap

Once done, you'll be able to register for an account online by using the SMS security code.
