SIM Activation on Upgrade
I can't register my SIM online as the number on the SIM card is not recognised (seems to be one digit too short). I have thrown away the SIM card holder. How can I register my SIM so I can start using my phone?

Usually the number written on the SIM card doesn't have the prefix written on it, which can be found on the holder. Please can you contact our Live Chat team here so we can get this activated for you?
