SIM card activation failed

My new SIM card for an upgrade to pay monthly has failed to activate.  The error message says to contact ID but there appears to be no way to do this at the mo.  Any suggestions?

Please ignore.  It appears that they sent me a new SIM when I didn’t need one :(

Yes, as long as the new SIM is not activate the old SIM should work just fine. A new SIM is sent in case you need it ,so i would keep it safe.
