SIM card not activated.

I am a new customer , but when I've inserted my SIM card it is saying it's not activated. How do I do this ?

Hello @gmellor1971,

All of our SIM cards are usually activated upon dispatch.

In a very rare case the activation fails and we would manually raise these.

Can you send a picture of the exact message you're getting?

Which phone is this you're using?

Did you get the phone from us also?

Is this the same message message by any chance? [See Below]

Yes it is , I’ve requested to get my phone unlocked which I hadn’t done .
