SIM card not working.

I have inserted the SIM card into my phone and it has not activated yet. I put it in almost 4 hours ago and was told it would take an hour or so. Shouldn't it be working by now? Is there anything I have to do to activate it? I am a new ID customer. Thankyou.

Welcome to iD!

Your SIM card should usually be activated right away, but if you're having issues then please restart your phone to establish a fresh connection to the network.

Alternatively, if you feel that the SIM card may not be activated, please pop the SIM card number into our SIM Swap website to process the activation.
