Sim Card not working

Hello,

 

Signed up to a rolling contract with ID Mobile 2 days ago and the sim card arrived in the post today.

 

Put it in my phone and it’s not working - says Emergency Calls Only and says 3UK on the sim card settings page.

 

Could an ID Mobile representative look into this please, I desperately need the sim card working now.
