sim card not working in new mobile

We are paying £5 a month for an id mobile sim. We have inserted it into a different mobile and it says the sim is not supported- why is this?? Thanks.

Hey @Forlow76 

 

It means that your different phone is locked to another provider. Did you purchase it on a contract with another network? If yes then you can contact them for unlock code which should be provided for you for free.
