I have inserted my new I'D Mobile sim and the phone is asking for a SIM network unlock pin. I have tried all obvious defaults but I now have no retries left. Help!

Your mobile is network locked. It needs code.
You may have hard lock mobile.
Pay all pending amount of mobile /sim.
