I bought an unlocked phone from carphone warehouse and I have an ID sim only contract. I've activated the sim and put it in and its still not working. I've been back to carphone warehouse and the lady has tried a new sim and activated that however its still not working. I can't speak to a human over the chat bot crap and no one has answered the phone. Can anyone please help? Ideally I'd like to speak to a member of the I'd mobile team?Â
