I signed up on Tuesday 19th Feb.
I had an email saying my sim was dispatched on Tuesday 19th Feb.
I had an email on Wednesday 20th Feb billing me!
It is Friday 22nd Feb and I still haven't received my sim card.
It is very urgent that I get my phone switched over as I'm with TPO who are closing on Tuesday 26th Feb.
Could you send me another sim card?
Or can I collect a sim from a Carphone Warehouse Store?

Generally speaking, our SIM's would take between 1-4 days to arrive we find.
Though if you're worried yours has been lost, and need a replacement in a hurry. Then you should be able to get a replacement from a Carphone Warehouse store if you explain to them what's happened here.
Alternatively, to have one re-sent out you'd need to get in touch with us through one of the methods on our Contact Us page
