SIM not provisioned - iPhone XR

hi, i have just purchased a new phone however the sim is not working and i have no had signal.

After talking to id chat they said i needed a new sim, so now i have received it and tried it in the phone but STILL NOT WORKING.

in the settings, about, network area it says SIM not provisioned... how do it fix this!

I have been without a working phone for a week now!

Have you been in touch with us since receiving your new SIM card? The SIM card will need activating before it can be used and often, they are sent through the post inactivated for increased security.

You can contact our Live Chat team here in order to have this activated as soon as possible.
