I signed up for sim on Friday 31st August. It arrived Tuesday 4th September. Sim doesn't work. I need ID Mobile to send me a replacement. I sent them an email and they have not yet responded. Help!!! Please.

Hello Brian, is this a new connection?
Have you tried removing the SIM/re-inserting?
What about checking the coverage in your area?
