Hello, I would like to order your sim card but I can't get through bank chack even it took 0.01£ from my account twice. Can you hele me with it please?

Hi @Misule,

Sorry to hear about that issue! It seems as though the verification has failed. Is the billing address supplied to us the same one that your bank has for you too? If they don’t match, it can cause this issue.
