Could you elaborate on what are you looking for? It is not very clear to me on what are you looking for.
If you are looking to:
* Unlock your phone purchased with ID when you should contact live chat team using this page
* Unlock your phone from different provider in order to work with ID Mobile then you should contact your previous provider to request the code.
* If you blocked your SIM card with pin code that has been forgotten then again you should contact live chat team to get a replacement card which you will be able to activate using your ID Mobile app.

After I inserted the ID SIM into my phone, a screen pops up requesting for a pin to unlock the ID SIM. Without this pin I am not able to unlock this network; please can you send me the pin to unlock this network.

It seems like your phone is locked to a different provider. You would need to contact provider or seller that you purchased your phone originally.
