Odered a mobile and on DPD websites my phone not been sent out and says been asked to send to consignors ..does that mean there a problem ?

I am pretty sure that everything is fine here. It's just because Christmas and New Year period some parcels have been delayed. You should be able to see your shipping update tomorrow when everything comes back to normal.

Sometimes, DPD recycle their tracking numbers meaning that they will display incorrect information until it has been scanned by the DPD depot shortly after dispatch.

Can you check the tracking information again now to see if it now displays the correct information?
