Im trying to transfer my old number from an EE network over to my new ID sim card however it doesn't work. I've tried entering 2 different pac codes that EE have given me however when I enter them into the ID mobile app it says that it is invalid. Has anyone had this issue before or know how to resolve it? Ive spoken up both providers and they're both saying they cant do anything. any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm sorry to hear this! Is the PAC code that you were given by EE still valid? They expire after 30 days you see.
