transfering my old number over

Im trying to transfer my old number from an EE network over to my new ID sim card however it doesn't work. I've tried entering 2 different pac codes that EE have given me however when I enter them into the ID mobile app it says that it is invalid. Has anyone had this issue before or know how to resolve it? Ive spoken up both providers and they're both saying they cant do anything. any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @nathangrace123,

I'm sorry to hear this! Is the PAC code that you were given by EE still valid? They expire after 30 days you see.

If it is, then there might already be a number change in progress and we'd need a further look into this for you. Please contact our Live Chat team here and we'll investigate this for you.

Tried to transfer but this unsuccessful put PAC code (REMOVED) then put my Id Mobil number REMOVED

Name REMOVED

Then transaction number off my invoice 

REMOVED

And my old number for EE REMOVED

But still on joy what can I do to get my old number REMOVEDtransfered

Hope you can help

ps this is the 3rd time I've tried, twice on my ID app
