Question

Transferring from 02 contract to pay monthly with iD

Hi

My contract with 02 has ended and I have received my iD pay monthly SIM this morning.  I have submitted my PAC code.  At what point to I put the new SIM in my phone.  Do I wait until the existing one stops working or does the new one need to be in my phone to port the number? 

 

Sorry if that’s a stupid question but I’ve not done this before.

Has this issued been resolved or you should be able to use your new SIM now.
