transferring mobile number

i am trying to transfer my current mobile number to this new sim. I have received the PAC code. When i enter in all my details it says either my PAC code or phone number is wrong but both are correct. so currently paying for 2 contracts. Can you help me sort this problem out.

 

it is now saying port in request can not be submitted at the moment
