transferring my mobile account before i get a sim card

I have signed up and I am awaiting a SIM card. Can I arrange for my company mobile phone number to be transferred to my new SIM card before I actually receive the SIM card?

Hi @Tinabee,

 

You can do, once you get your welcome email with your phone number on it, you can register for the App and submit your PAC code that way. It’s a nice easy way to get the ball rolling before the SIM actually arrives.
