Trouble buying a sim card but trouble checking out

On Sunday, I tried to purchase a sim card and and the transaction did not go through. I tried twice and both times the transaction did not go through. Any help?

Hello @san04,

Can you confirm that the name of the Bank Details + Card + Address all matched?

The Billing details need to match those of the purchase and on the Bank details or this won’t complete.
