trouble with transferring number to ID from EE

Hi I started a contract with ID 7 days ago and my original number has still not transferred,

I have sent a pac code to you 7 days ago, 

I have tried already turning my phone off and on with sim in and out,

 

can someone help? Already regretting switching! Also is there a reimbursement as haven’t had an active phone for 7 days now?
