trying to register new sim card

Hello, I am trying to register a new sim card for one of my daughters, I have input all the details correct including mobile number provide in the email, but I am still getting there seems to be something wrong message, this is the second sim card that I have ordered, both have different account numbers

I'm sorry to hear this, are you still having the same issues? If so, I would advise that you contact our Live Chat team in order to have your SIM activation issue looked into as if you have entered in the SIM number correctly, it should work fine.
