Unable to recieve security codes since moving number to Id network


Hi

Since moving to IDMobile I have been unable to receive verification codes for anything. This is preventing me from using Ebay, Amazon, Online Food shopping, etc. I am still within my 14 days to return the phone, can you please get back to me as soon as possible as this is something i require urgently to be able to do my online food shopping.

I was asked to email the tech team, which i have but I'm still to hear anything back from them.

Have you checked with the service you’re receiving codes from that the number is up to date?

Have you ported your number successful to iD?
