Unable to submit Pac code form

I am moving from old network to ID Mobile and have a PAC code - when I use your online submission form I get the following error all fields must be complete . All fields are complete! I have tried this on my mobile device and a laptop on separate days -

Hello @CAM2007,

It’s not possible to have 2 iD accounts to one email so you’ll need to use a separate email for log-in purposes.

You can, however, update the contact email once you have registered to ensure all email correspondence for both accounts are sent to one email only.

Thanks Ryan, No I tried that on the second attempt on my laptop.

 

I am also struggling to access/register the account too. I already have one mobile for my son’s phone that is set up. Ideally I would like both sims/mobile records to be held on one account.

We are sorry to hear about that! When filling out the form, have you ensured that there are no spaces before, during or after any of the required fields?
