Using my PAC code while services are offline under covid-19

I want to transfer into iD a number from BT - I have a PAC code from BT - Using iD's web interface to enter my BT number and PAC code -  would this work under the current covid-19 restricted services?

Having the same problem, got an ID plan today and can’t transfer numbers, all the online forms are saying I haven’t filled in my data even though I have. Not a great start! Help!!
