How do I set up voicemail?
To turn on voicemail, simply log in to your iD app or log in to my account area and select 'services', then check the toggle voicemail is 'on'

All you need to know about setting up voicemail can be found in the below link:

Would be handy to set the voicemail number 123 as a contact on your mobile also.
Thank you terrywebbs!

Hi @Tergly

Your iD account may already have voicemail set up when you received your sim so you can receive voicemails but won't be able to access them until the initial set up when you first call the voicemail service.

You can access your voice mailbox by dialling 123 or if you're using an iPhone you can simply go into Phone -> Voicemail then press "Call Voicemail"

You can also access your voicemail from a UK landline by dialling 07782 333 123 or 0044 7782 333 123 from outside the UK.

The first time you dial or try to access your inbox, you may be prompted to record a greeting and create a PIN which you will use for security and verification.

If for whatever reason your voicemail has been deactivated, you can activate this from the iD Mobile app or from the online My iD Account website. Just head into "Services" and toggle it to "On"

I have attached a couple links which you may also find helpful.

Handy advice from @daniiiiiv thats worthy of a note for future use!

How do I increase/decrease the time before a call goes to voicemail?
When receiving a call, your mobile is automatically set to ring for 30 seconds before it's diverted voicemail. However you have the ability to change this at any time to a choice of five-second intervals, ranging from 5 to 30 seconds. All you need to do is enter **61*123** followed by the number of seconds you'd like your phone to ring for, then # and call. So, if for example, you'd like your phone to ring for 20 seconds, you'd need to dial **61*123**20# and press call. Once you've done this, a message will pop up on your screen confirming the update.

...maybe of use to someone, I find it a great help occasionally!
