Voicemail not working
I've got voicemail activated, but unanswered/rejected calls do not go to voicemail. Do I need to set something up?

This might be something to do with call diverting. It has to be set up within the settings of your phone to ensure that the unanswered calls divert is active and that they do go to the voicemail service.
Have you checked these settings inside the Call/Phone settings of your phone too?
