Website Resgistration not working

I’m trying to register my new SIM but the webpage “submit” button doesn't seem to be working.

It seems like it’s waiting for some more information to satisfy validation before the button will become active but I have entered all the data requested.

Help please?

UPDATE:

Discovered that the registration page does not with Microsoft Edge browser.

Change to another browser and it worked fine but very frustrating few hours of abortive attempts plus unfruitful calls to helpline.

Resolved now but a note on the webpage might avoid recurrence of the problem for others, given that Edge is a fairly commonly used browser.

I was going to ask which browser you were using.

 

We’re aware of the issues with the Edge browser and this is being looked into. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have originally caused, but glad you were able to resolve this.
