What to do when a number port goes sideways?

My number port was supposed to happen yesterday, but previous network has already disconnected me but there is no route to my number on ID yet.  Are there procedures in place to retry these  allocations?

Well it has snapped into life.  It was unfortunate, but I guess sometimes patience is required.  For future peeps it’s worth noting that obviously things are swept up by systems in place if they fall down the cracks.

Hi @editfmah,

I’m glad to hear that the issue has now been resolved. Number ports can sometimes take up to 48 hours to fully complete and this next part may not apply to your situation, however if a PAC code has been submitted to a network over a weekend. It’ll likely be Tuesday when the old number will become fully operational.
